Martine has worked in a number of leading professional services firms like Goldman Sachs JBWere, King & Wood Mallesons, Norton Rose, KPMG and Credit Suisse and developed their practitioners and future leaders. This experience has provided her with a good understanding of what the pressures are in a high performing environment. Her clients come from a range of professional services and have continued to have fulfilling careers and successful practices. Some now hold leadership positions in their firm.

Today, Martine’s purpose and passion lies in helping professionals effectively manage their stress levels to unlock their potential and build profitable practices, while working sustainably, and positively impacting those around them, both inside and outside of work.

Working with Martine, I have learned that the skills and interests I have are valuable and should drive how I choose a career path

Feeling stuck in my role and the organisation I had been in for some time was what brought me to seek out Martine and start working with her. I was going through a hard time with a difficult Manager and had reached a point where I felt insecure, lacked confidence in my skills and value, and felt stuck in being able to make any forward moving decisions.

Prior to Martine, I had been of the mindset that I needed to change aspects of myself in order to be more open to accepting the career path I was heading in. Since working with Martine, I have learned that the skills and interests I have are not only valuable but should be the very aspects of myself that should drive how I choose a career path rather than it being the other way around.

Martine is like a match maker between you and your actual self (in other words, who you think you are and who you actually are). She has the skills and tools to help you be able to draw on what your mental and emotional needs tell you in relation to your core strengths, values and how to capitalise on these in practical and constructive ways.
