I have specialty training in Obesity and Eating disorders over and above my qualifications as a coach and counsellor. I also grew up in a family with undiagnosed eating disorders so I understand how they can play out in families and how important the family system is in resolving these challenges.
I understand that this is your way way of demonstrating autonomy in your life. And how you don’t enjoy being judged or watched. That’s why I provide a safe place for you to discuss and explore your condition and choose a possible path to overcome it.
Most people describe me as a good listener, collaborative and open minded, which is helpful when supporting others in recovery from obesity, bulimia nervosa, and bingeing and purging behaviours.
