I’m not ‘just a career coach’. I spent nearly 25 years inside top tier investment banks, technology, law and accounting firms developing their future leaders. I know how managing partners and CEO’s think and what they value.

In my career, prior to becoming a psychotherapist and counsellor I managed talent development programs and provided leadership development coaching to people in them. I supported a number of people to build successful practices within their firm and beyond.
