When I work with clients, I combine my psychotherapy and counselling training, with my specialist training and, life and career experience. With over 25 years working in London and Sydney before I became a psychotherapist and counsellor, I have a depth of workplace experience clients can draw from. 

I help clients with career, relationship, and emotional challenges that are getting in the way of them enjoying their life. Clients choose to work with me for a broad range of issues. 

  • Clients choose to work with me when they want to overcome their anxiety, people-pleasing tendencies and low self-esteem. 
  • Clients come to me to recover from workplace trauma, addictive behaviours, relationship ruptures and break-ups, childhood emotional neglect and burnout. 
  • Clients seek me out to support them through their grieving process when it is too painful to do alone or with their current supports. They also seek me out to support them through decision-making processes when they know their decision will upset loved ones and people they care about.  

Not all counselling is because of challenges. People also seek out counselling for mental health and well-being because they believe they are capable of more and they want to intentionally grow their comfort zone so that they can accelerate their development and subsequent opportunities in life.
