Whether you have seen someone before or you are looking to find someone for the first time, know that coaching, counselling, and psychotherapy are all valid ways to transform your situation for the better. 

I use proven processes to get you where you need to be, and because I have worked with hundreds of clients, I can be flexible about how we get there. 

I know how hard it can be to work towards a vision when you’re distracted by external events or the foundations are precarious or lacking in depth, especially when you think you should have achieved more by now. 

Now that doesn’t mean you have to become someone else or that you have to lower your expectations for yourself.

You will accelerate your vision when you quieten your mind, leverage your strengths and develop a strategy of consistent action. Then it’s about looking out for the right opportunities and executing well on them. 

That’s why when we first work together, I’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding how you want to ‘show up’ in your world. From there, together we’ll identify the strategies, behaviours, and relationships to transform and build so you can realise your vision.

What happens in a session?

Initial session (90 minutes)

The first sessions are 90 minutes in length so that I can take a full history relevant to your situation, you can ask questions and provide any other information you think is relevant. Before the session is over, I will share potential ways we can achieve your goal together.

Ongoing sessions (60 minutes)

Ongoing sessions are 60 minutes long and how we use that time together can vary. You can bring questions or observations to discuss, or I can ask questions to prompt thought and discussion relevant to your goal and situation. 

Typically I recommend to clients to have a session every 2 weeks to maintain momentum, although it is possible to have a weekly session or stretch out your sessions to once every 3 weeks or monthly. We can discuss how frequently you would like to come when we start working together.

Do you offer private health fund rebates? 

Clients with the following health funds are eligible for rebates through their health fund, depending on their level of coverage:
